Stat. tit. 41, § 41-113a","heading":"Disclosure of flood or flooding problems in rental","body":"agreement.\n\nA. If the premises to be rented has been flooded within the\n\npast five (5) years and such fact is known to the landlord, the\n\nlandlord shall include such information prominently and in writing\n\nas part of any written rental agreements. Failure to provide such\n\ninformation shall entitle any tenant who is a party to the rental\n\nagreement to sue the landlord of the premises in a court of\n\nappropriate jurisdiction and to recover the personal property\n\ndamages sustained by the tenant from flooding of the premises.\n\nB.
