If the landlord makes an unlawful entry or a lawful entry in\n\nan unreasonable manner or harasses the tenant by making repeated\n\nunreasonable demands for entry, the tenant may obtain injunctive\n\nrelief to prevent the recurrence of the conduct or, upon written\n\nnotice, terminate the rental agreement. In either case the tenant\n\nmay recover actual damages.\n\nB.
