Stat. tit. 41, § 41-127","heading":"Duties of tenant","body":"The tenant shall at all times during the tenancy:\n\n1. Keep that part of the premises which such tenant occupies\n\nand uses as safe, clean and sanitary as the condition of the\n\npremises permits;\n\n2. Dispose from such tenant's dwelling unit all ashes, garbage,\n\nrubbish and other waste in a safe, clean and sanitary manner;\n\n3. Keep all plumbing fixtures in the dwelling unit or used by\n\nthe tenant as clean and sanitary as their condition permits;\n\n4. Use in a safe and nondestructive manner all electrical,\n\nplumbing, sanitary, heating, ventilating, air-conditioning and other\n\nfacilities and appliances including elevators in the premises;\n\n5. Not deliberately or negligently destroy, deface, damage,\n\nimpair or remove any part of the premises or permit any person,\n\nanimal or pet to do so;\n\n6. Not engage in conduct or allow any person or animal or pet,\n\non the premises with the express or implied permission or consent of\n\nthe tenant, to engage in conduct that will disturb the quiet and\n\npeaceful enjoyment of the premises by other tenants;\n\n7. Comply with all covenants, rules, regulations and the like\n\nwhich are in accordance with Section 126 of this title; and\n\n8.
