Stat. tit. 41, § 41-28","heading":"Attachment for rent lien on crops","body":"In an action to enforce a lien on crops for rent of farming\n\nlands, the affidavit for attachment shall state that there is due\n\nfrom the defendant to the plaintiff a certain sum, naming it, for\n\nrent of farming lands, describing the same, and that the plaintiff\n\nclaims a lien on the crop made on such land.
