Stat. tit. 42, § 42-104","heading":"Enforcement and foreclosure of liens on farm equipment","body":"A lien granted under Section 1 of this act with respect to farm\n\nequipment may be enforced and foreclosed in the same manner as\n\nsecurity agreements pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code. Any\n\nlegal action taken by or on behalf of a lien claimant to enforce or\n\nforeclose any such lien filed in the office of the county clerk\n\nshall be commenced within one (1) year of the date the lien was\n\nfiled or the lien shall be void. For purposes of this section,\n\npublication or delivery of a notice of sale under the Uniform\n\nCommercial Code shall constitute the commencement of legal action to\n\nenforce or foreclose a lien granted under Section 1 of this act.\n\nReasonable attorney fees and legal expenses incurred by the lien\n\nclaimant to claim, enforce and foreclose the lien granted under\n\nSection 1 of this act shall be included in the amount secured by\n\nsuch lien.
