Stat. tit. 42, § 42-120","heading":"Statement to be furnished owner or person in charge -","body":"False statements as to law.\n\nAny person, firm or corporation, operating a threshing or\n\ncombining machine within this state shall furnish the owner or\n\nperson in charge of the crop within forty-eight (48) hours after the\n\nthreshing or combining is completed, a statement in writing of the\n\nnumber of bushels of grain or seed and/or number of acres so\n\nthreshed or combined and the price per bushel and/or the price per\n\nacre and credits if any. Provided, that any person operating a\n\nthreshing or combining machine who fails or refuses to comply with\n\nthis section shall forfeit his right to the lien herein provided.\n\nMaking false statements willfully as to the provision of this act\n\nshall constitute a misdemeanor and any one violating this act shall\n\nbe subject to punishment by fine of not more than Two Hundred\n\nDollars ($200.00) , or imprisonment for not more than thirty (30)\n\ndays in the county jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment.","path":["OK Code","Title 42"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os42.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"9ff61321c15205b0d8b36ee97eceec9dd6747586344964a9421f709a2462ca34","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-42-42-12","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-42-42-121"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
