Except as provided by subsection D of this section, the\n\namount payable under any oil and gas well drilling contract,\n\nreworking contract, operating agreement, or monies payable as a\n\ncondition of participation in the drilling of an oil and gas well\n\nunder the terms of a pooling order issued by the Oklahoma\n\nCorporation Commission shall, upon receipt by any oil and gas well\n\noperator, contractor or subcontractor, be held by such operator as\n\ntrust funds for the payment of all lienable claims due and owing by\n\nsuch operator, contractor or subcontractor by reason of such\n\ndrilling contract, reworking contract, operating agreement, or force\n\npooling order.\n\nB. The trust funds created under subsection A of this section\n\nshall be applied to the payment of said valid lienable claims and no\n\nportion thereof shall be used for any other purpose until all\n\nlienable claims due and owing or to become due and owing shall have\n\nbeen paid.\n\nC. The existence of such trust funds shall not prohibit the\n\nfiling or enforcement of any labor, mechanic or materialmen's lien\n\nagainst the affected real property by any lien claimant, nor shall\n\nthe filing of such a lien release the holder of such funds from the\n\nobligations created under this section.\n\nD.
