Stat. tit. 42, § 42-150","heading":"Filing statement","body":"Any person claiming a lien as aforesaid shall file in the office\n\nof the county clerk of the county in which the land or property is\n\nsituated, a statement setting forth the amount claimed and the items\n\nthereof, as nearly as practicable, the names of the managers,\n\nlessees, sublessees, operators, mortgagees, trustees and\n\nbeneficiaries under trusts, or owners, the contractor, the claimant\n\nand the legal description of the property, subject to such lien and\n\nverified by affidavit. Such statement shall be filed within forty-\n\nfive (45) days after the date upon which such labor was last\n\nperformed. Upon receipt of such lien statement, the clerk shall\n\nenter same against the tract index and in a record kept for that\n\npurpose, to be called the mechanics' lien journal.
