Stat. tit. 42, § 42-171","heading":"Assignment of liens","body":"All claims for liens and rights of action to recover therefor\n\nhereunder shall be assignable so as to vest in the assignee all\n\nrights and remedies herein given, subject to all defenses thereto\n\nthat might be made if such assignment had not been made.
