Stat. tit. 42, § 42-202","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this act:\n\n1. “Commercial real estate” means any real estate other than:\n\na. real estate containing one to four residential units,\n\nor\n\nb. real estate on which no buildings or structures are\n\nlocated and which is zoned for single-family\n\nresidential use.\n\nCommercial real estate shall not include single-family\n\nresidential units such as condominiums, town houses, or homes in a\n\nsubdivision when sold, leased, or otherwise conveyed on a unit-by-\n\nunit basis, even though these units may be a part of a larger\n\nbuilding or parcel of real estate containing more than four\n\nresidential units;\n\n2. “Commission” means any and all compensation which may be due\n\na broker for performance of licensed services; and\n\n3. “Real estate broker” shall be defined pursuant to Section\n\n858-102 of Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes.","path":["OK Code","Title 42"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os42.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"0c6c53592c05df007bd1ec9549f38722c57ad91800da6b1fcf44e6fd4d912ce6","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-42-42-201","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-42-42-203"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
