Stat. tit. 42, § 42-206","heading":"Notice of lien - Contents","body":"The notice of lien shall state the name of the claimant, the\n\nname of the owner, a description of the property upon which the lien\n\nis being claimed, the amount for which the lien is claimed, and the\n\nlicense number of the real estate broker. The notice of lien shall\n\nrecite that the information contained in the notice is true and\n\naccurate to the knowledge of the signators.
