Such prior recorded\n\nliens, mortgages, and encumbrances shall include, without\n\nlimitation:\n\n1. A valid mechanic’s lien claim that is recorded after the\n\nbroker’s notice of lien but which relates back to a date prior to\n\nthe recording date of the broker’s notice of lien; and\n\n2.
