Stat. tit. 42, § 42-48","heading":"Provider of seed, chemicals, pesticides, herbicides or","body":"fertilizer - General agriculture commodities lien.\n\nAny person selling, furnishing, applying or providing to the\n\nowner of crops which are growing or to be grown any seed, chemical,\n\npesticide, herbicide or fertilizer for the growing of said crop\n\nshall have a general lien upon all agricultural commodities except\n\nlivestock in his possession belonging to the owner of the crops, for\n\nthe balance due to him in the course of business.
