Stat. tit. 42, § 42-90","heading":"Notice preparers to register and submit annual fee","body":"A person or persons charging a fee for the preparation or\n\nassistance in preparation of notices required by Chapter 2 of Title\n\n42 of the Oklahoma Statutes, other than a person licensed under\n\nTitle 5 of the Oklahoma Statutes, shall register with and submit a\n\nfifty-dollar annual fee to Service Oklahoma; provided, however, such\n\nrequirements shall not apply to a lawful possessor or employee of a\n\nlawful possessor of the property for which such notices are issued.\n\nAll documentation related to notices prepared by a person required\n\nto register pursuant to this section shall include the name of the\n\nperson. A penalty of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) shall be imposed\n\nupon a person who prepares or assists in the preparation of notices\n\nin violation of the requirements of this section.
