Except as otherwise provided by subsection B of this\n\nsection, the petitioner or the respondent in an action for divorce\n\nor annulment of a marriage must have been an actual resident, in\n\ngood faith, of the state, for six (6) months immediately preceding\n\nthe filing of the petition.\n\nB. Any person who has been a resident of any United States army\n\npost or military reservation within the State of Oklahoma, for six\n\n(6) months immediately preceding the filing of the petition, may\n\nbring action for divorce or annulment of a marriage or may be sued\n\nfor divorce or annulment of a marriage.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 4963.
