Stat. tit. 43, § 43-104","heading":"Personal jurisdiction in certain divorce actions","body":"A court may exercise personal jurisdiction over a person,\n\nwhether or not a resident of this state, who lived within this state\n\nin a marital or parental relationship, or both, as to all\n\nobligations for alimony and child support where the other party to\n\nthe marital relationship continues to reside in this state.
