Stat. tit. 43, § 43-108","heading":"Parties in equal wrong - Custody of children - Disposition","body":"of property.\n\nThat the parties appear to be in equal wrong shall not be a\n\nbasis for refusing to grant a divorce, but if a divorce is granted\n\nin such circumstances, it shall be granted to both parties.
