Stat. tit. 43, § 43-109.3","heading":"Custody, guardianship or visitation cases - Evidence of","body":"domestic abuse.\n\nIn every case involving the custody of, guardianship of or\n\nvisitation with a child, the court shall consider evidence of\n\ndomestic abuse, stalking and/or harassing behavior properly brought\n\nbefore it.
