Stat. tit. 43, § 43-110.2","heading":"Blood, saliva, urine or any other tests – Child custody","body":"or visitation.\n\nIn any action in which the custody of or the visitation with a\n\nchild is a relevant fact and at issue, the court may order the\n\nmother, the child or father to submit to blood, saliva, urine or any\n\nother test deemed necessary by the court in determining that the\n\ncustody of or visitation with the child will be in the best\n\ninterests of the child.
