A parent who, in good faith and with a reasonable belief\n\nsupported by fact, determines that the child of that parent is the\n\nvictim of child abuse or neglect, or suffers from effects of\n\ndomestic violence, may take necessary actions to protect the child,\n\nincluding refusing to permit visitation.\n\nB.
