Stat. tit. 43, § 43-112.6","heading":"Awarding of attorney fees and costs – Victim of domestic","body":"violence or stalking.\n\nIn a dissolution of marriage or separate maintenance or custody\n\nproceeding, a victim of domestic violence or stalking shall be\n\nentitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs after the filing of a\n\npetition, upon application and a showing by a preponderance of\n\nevidence that the party is currently being stalked or has been\n\nstalked or is the victim of domestic abuse.
