Stat. tit. 43, § 43-115","heading":"Order for child support or modification of order -","body":"Provision for income assignment.\n\nA. Every order providing for the support of a minor child or a\n\nmodification of such order, whether issued by a district court or an\n\nadministrative court, shall contain an immediate income assignment\n\nprovision if child support services are being provided under the\n\nstate child support plan as provided under Section 237 of Title 56\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes, regardless of whether support payments by\n\nsuch parent are in arrears.\n\nB. In all child support cases arising out of an action for\n\ndivorce, paternity or other proceeding in which services are not\n\nbeing provided under the state child support plan, the district\n\ncourt shall order the wage of the obligor subject to immediate\n\nincome assignment, regardless of whether support payments by such\n\nparent are in arrears, unless:\n\n1. One of the parties demonstrates and the district court finds\n\nthere is good cause not to require immediate income withholding; or\n\n2. A written agreement is reached between the parties which\n\nprovides for an alternative arrangement.\n\nC. The obligated party may execute a voluntary income\n\nassignment at any time.
