Except as otherwise provided by subsection B of this\n\nsection, the person obligated to pay support or the person entitled\n\nto the support may petition the district or administrative court to:\n\n1. Modify, suspend, or terminate the order for income\n\nassignment because of a modification, suspension, or termination of\n\nthe underlying order for support; or\n\n2. Modify the amount of income to be withheld to reflect\n\npayment in full of the delinquency by income assignment or\n\notherwise; or\n\n3. Suspend the order for income assignment because of inability\n\nto deliver income withheld to the person entitled to support\n\npayments due to the failure of the person entitled to support to\n\nprovide a mailing address or other means of delivery.\n\nB.
