In all cases in which child support services are being\n\nprovided under the state child support plan as provided in Section\n\n237 of Title 56 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the Department shall\n\nconduct reviews of child support orders pursuant to rules\n\npromulgated by the Department. If the Department conducts a review\n\nand determines that the child support obligation is not in\n\naccordance with child support guidelines, the Department shall file\n\na notice of review and intent to modify the child support order, and\n\nit shall be served upon the parties in accordance with law. The\n\nnotice shall be set for hearing before a district or administrative\n\ncourt. The district or administrative court shall review the child\n\nsupport obligation to determine its compliance with the child\n\nsupport guidelines and order modification if appropriate. An order\n\nof modification shall be effective upon the date the notice of\n\nreview and intent to modify the child support order was filed.\n\nB.
