Stat. tit. 43, § 43-119.1","heading":"Legislative review of child support guidelines and","body":"schedule of basic child support obligations.\n\nA. The child support guidelines and schedule of basic child\n\nsupport obligations shall be reviewed at least once every four (4)\n\nyears by the Judiciary Committees of the Senate and the House of\n\nRepresentatives to ensure that their application results in the\n\ndetermination of appropriate child support award amounts.\n\nB. In conducting the review required pursuant to subsection A\n\nof this section, the Judiciary Committees shall:\n\n1. Obtain from the Title IV-D Child Support Program in the\n\nDepartment of Human Services economic data on the cost of raising a\n\nchild, labor market data, case data and case analysis. The\n\nDepartment shall promulgate rules as needed to implement the\n\nprovisions of this paragraph;\n\n2. Provide opportunity for public input from persons including,\n\nbut not limited to, low-income custodial and noncustodial parents\n\nand their representatives; and\n\n3.
