Stat. tit. 43, § 43-120.2","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in the Parenting Coordinator Act:\n\n1. “Parenting coordinator” means an impartial third party\n\nqualified pursuant to subsection A of Section 120.6 of this title\n\nappointed by the court to assist parties in resolving issues and\n\ndeciding disputed issues pursuant to the provisions of the Parenting\n\nCoordinator Act relating to parenting and other family issues in any\n\naction for dissolution of marriage, legal separation, paternity, or\n\nguardianship where a minor child is involved; and\n\n2. “High-conflict case” means any action for dissolution of\n\nmarriage, legal separation, paternity, or guardianship where minor\n\nchildren are involved and the parties demonstrate a pattern of\n\nongoing:\n\na. litigation,\n\nb. anger and distrust,\n\nc. verbal abuse,\n\nd. physical aggression or threats of physical aggression,\n\ne. difficulty in communicating about and cooperating in\n\nthe care of their children, or\n\nf. conditions that in the discretion of the court warrant\n\nthe appointment of a parenting coordinator.","path":["OK Code","Title 43"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os43.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"131b42a55d2c5bfeeaf89ae7f388b3d35406e0f8e5bc3e751896adeb996db599","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-43-43-120.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-43-43-120.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
