No parenting coordinator shall be appointed unless the\n\ncourt finds that the parties have the means to pay the fees of the\n\nparenting coordinator.\n\n2. This state shall assume no financial responsibility for\n\npayment of fees to the parenting coordinator; except that, in cases\n\nof hardship, the court, if feasible, may appoint a parenting\n\ncoordinator to serve on a volunteer basis.\n\nB. 1. The fees of the parenting coordinator shall be allocated\n\nbetween the parties with the relative percentages determined\n\npursuant to the child support guidelines.\n\n2.
