Stat. tit. 43, § 43-136","heading":"Mailing of alimony and support payments - Evidence of","body":"support payments - Income assignment fee.\n\nA. If a judicial order, judgment or decree directs that the\n\npayment of child support, alimony, temporary support or any similar\n\ntype of payment be made through the office of the court clerk, then\n\nit shall be the duty of the court to transmit such payments to the\n\npayee by first class United States mail, if requested to do so by\n\nthe payee. Such payments shall be mailed to the payee at the\n\naddress specified in writing by the payee. In the event of a change\n\nin address of the payee it shall be the duty of the payee to furnish\n\nto the court clerk in writing the new address of the payee.\n\nB. A report of child support payments with a certificate of\n\nauthenticity executed by the court clerk is admissible into evidence\n\nin court or in an administrative proceeding as self-authenticated.\n\nC. A fee not to exceed Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) shall be\n\ncharged and collected for any post decree application to initiate an\n\nincome assignment in addition to any other fees authorized by law.\n\nThe fee shall not be charged or collected for income assignments\n\nrequested at the time of the filing of the original petition or\n\nentered at the time of a divorce decree.
