Stat. tit. 43, § 43-14","heading":"Penalty for performing unlawful marriage","body":"Any minister of the Gospel, or other person authorized to\n\nsolemnize the rites of matrimony within this state, who shall\n\nknowingly solemnize the rites of matrimony between persons\n\nprohibited by this chapter, from intermarrying shall be deemed\n\nguilty of a Class D1 felony offense, and upon conviction thereof\n\nshall be fined in any sum not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars\n\n($500.00) and imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through\n\nF of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 3896.
