Stat. tit. 43, § 43-150.2","heading":"Custodial responsibility – Jurisdiction - Residency","body":"A court of this state may enter an order regarding custodial\n\nresponsibility pursuant to the Deployed Parents Custody and\n\nVisitation Act only where the court has jurisdiction pursuant to the\n\nUniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (UCCJEA),\n\nSections 551-101 through 551-402 of Title 43 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes. If a court of this state has rendered a temporary order\n\nregarding custodial responsibility pursuant to the Deployed Parents\n\nCustody and Visitation Act, the deploying parent shall be deemed to\n\nreside in this state for the purposes of the UCCJEA during the\n\nduration of the deployment. If a court of another state has\n\nrendered a temporary order regarding custodial responsibility\n\npursuant to deployment, this court shall deem the deploying parent\n\nto reside in the rendering state for the purposes of the UCCJEA\n\nduring the duration of the deployment.
