Stat. tit. 43, § 43-207","heading":"Manner of holding property - Inventory of separate","body":"property.\n\nA husband and wife may hold property as joint tenants, tenants\n\nin common, or as community property.\n\nA full and complete inventory of the separate personal property\n\nof either spouse may be made out and signed by such spouse,\n\nacknowledged or proved in the manner provided by law for the\n\nacknowledgment or proof of a grant of real property; and recorded in\n\nthe office of the county clerk of the county in which the parties\n\nreside.
