Stat. tit. 43, § 43-212","heading":"Contracts binding on both - Liability for acts - Suits and","body":"proceedings.\n\nAll contracts, sales or encumbrances made by either husband or\n\nwife by virtue of the power contemplated and granted by order of the\n\ncourt as provided in the preceding section, shall be binding on\n\nboth, and during such absence or imprisonment the person acting\n\nunder such power may sue and be sued thereon, and for all acts done\n\nthe property of both shall be liable, and execution may be levied or\n\nattachment issued thereon according to statute.
