Stat. tit. 43, § 43-213","heading":"Order set aside, when","body":"The husband or wife affected by the proceedings contemplated in\n\nthe two preceding sections, may have the order or decree of the\n\ncourt set aside or annulled by affidavit of such party, setting\n\nforth fully the facts and supported by such other testimony as the\n\ncourt shall deem proper. Notice of such proceedings to set aside\n\nand annul such order must be given the person in whose favor the\n\nsame was granted, and shall be served as summons are served in\n\nordinary actions.
