The child visitation registry program shall include a log\n\nfor each case participating in the program which must be signed by\n\neach parent at the time of arrival and departure. The agency must\n\nhave an employee assigned to verify identification of each parent or\n\nguardian, initial each signature, and record the time of each\n\nperson's arrival and departure.\n\nB. Copies of a participant's log shall be available for\n\npurchase by the participant at the agency's reproduction cost.\n\nCopies of the records may be certified by stamp. Each agency shall\n\nmaintain participants' records for a minimum of three (3) years.\n\nC.
