Stat. tit. 43, § 43-551-104","heading":"Application to Indian tribes","body":"APPLICATION TO INDIAN TRIBES.\n\nA. A child custody proceeding that pertains to an Indian child\n\nas defined in the Oklahoma Indian Child Welfare Act, is not subject\n\nto this act to the extent that it is governed by the Oklahoma Indian\n\nChild Welfare Act.\n\nB. A court of this state shall treat a tribe as if it were a\n\nstate of the United States for purposes of applying Articles 1 and 2\n\nof this act.\n\nC.
