Notice required for the exercise of jurisdiction when a\n\nperson is outside this state may be given in the manner provided in\n\nSection 2004 of Title 12 of the Oklahoma Statutes or by the law of\n\nthe state in which the service is made. Notice must be given in a\n\nmanner reasonably calculated to give actual notice but may be by\n\npublication if other means are not effective.\n\nB. Proof of service may be made in the manner provided in\n\nSection 2004 of Title 12 of the Oklahoma Statutes or by the law of\n\nthe state in which the service is made.\n\nC.
