Stat. tit. 43, § 43-551-109","heading":"Appearance and limited immunity","body":"APPEARANCE AND LIMITED IMMUNITY\n\nA. A party to a child custody proceeding, including a\n\nmodification proceeding, or a petitioner or respondent in a\n\nproceeding to enforce or register a child custody determination is\n\nnot subject to personal jurisdiction in this state for another\n\nproceeding or purpose solely by reason of having participated, or\n\nhaving been physically present for the purpose of participating, in\n\nthe proceeding.\n\nB. A person who is subject to personal jurisdiction in this\n\nstate on a basis other than physical presence is not immune from\n\nservice of process in this state. A party present in this state who\n\nis subject to the jurisdiction of another state is not immune from\n\nservice of process allowable under the laws of that state.\n\nC.
