Stat. tit. 43, § 43-551-110","heading":"Communication between courts","body":"COMMUNICATION BETWEEN COURTS\n\nA. A court of this state may communicate with a court in\n\nanother state concerning a proceeding arising under this act.\n\nB. The court may allow the parties to participate in the\n\ncommunication. If the parties are not able to participate in the\n\ncommunication, they must be given the opportunity to present facts\n\nand legal arguments before a decision on jurisdiction is made.\n\nC. Communication between courts on schedules, calendars, court\n\nrecords, and similar matters may occur without informing the\n\nparties. A record need not be made of the communication.\n\nD. Except as otherwise provided in subsection C of this\n\nsection, a record must be made of a communication under this\n\nsection. The parties must be informed promptly of the communication\n\nand granted access to the record.\n\nE.
