Stat. tit. 43, § 43-551-111","heading":"Taking testimony in another state","body":"TAKING TESTIMONY IN ANOTHER STATE\n\nA. In addition to other procedures available to a party, a\n\nparty to a child custody proceeding may offer testimony of witnesses\n\nwho are located in another state, including testimony of the parties\n\nand the child, by deposition or other means allowable in this state\n\nfor testimony taken in another state. The court on its own motion\n\nmay order that the testimony of a person be taken in another state\n\nand may prescribe the manner in which and the terms upon which the\n\ntestimony is to be taken.\n\nB. A court of this state may permit an individual residing in\n\nanother state to be deposed or to testify by telephone, audiovisual,\n\nor other electronic means before a designated court or at another\n\nlocation in that state. A court of this state shall cooperate with\n\ncourts of other states in designating an appropriate location for\n\nthe deposition or testimony.\n\nC.
