Stat. tit. 43, § 43-551-202","heading":"Exclusive, continuing jurisdiction","body":"EXCLUSIVE, CONTINUING JURISDICTION\n\nA. Except as otherwise provided in Section 16 of this act, a\n\ncourt of this state which has made a child custody determination\n\nconsistent with Section 13 or 15 of this act has exclusive,\n\ncontinuing jurisdiction over the determination until:\n\n1. A court of this state determines that neither the child, the\n\nchild and one parent, nor the child and a person acting as a parent\n\nhave a significant connection with this state and that substantial\n\nevidence is no longer available in this state concerning the child's\n\ncare, protection, training, and personal relationships; or\n\n2. A court of this state or a court of another state determines\n\nthat the child, the child's parents, and any person acting as a\n\nparent do not presently reside in this state.\n\nB.
