Stat. tit. 43, § 43-551-203","heading":"Jurisdiction to modify determination","body":"JURISDICTION TO MODIFY DETERMINATION\n\nExcept as otherwise provided in Section 16 of this act, a court\n\nof this state may not modify a child custody determination made by a\n\ncourt of another state unless a court of this state has jurisdiction\n\nto make an initial determination under paragraph 1 or 2 of\n\nsubsection A of Section 13 of this act and:\n\n1. The court of the other state determines it no longer has\n\nexclusive, continuing jurisdiction under Section 14 of this act or\n\nthat a court of this state would be a more convenient forum under\n\nSection 19 of this act; or\n\n2.
