Stat. tit. 43, § 43-551-307","heading":"Simultaneous proceedings","body":"SIMULTANEOUS PROCEEDINGS\n\nIf a proceeding for enforcement under this article is commenced\n\nin a court of this state and the court determines that a proceeding\n\nto modify the determination is pending in a court of another state\n\nhaving jurisdiction to modify the determination under Article 2 of\n\nthis act, the enforcing court shall immediately communicate with the\n\nmodifying court.
