A person shall not solicit or advertise to:\n\n1. Identify a person to which to make a transfer of custody in\n\nviolation of subsection A of Section 6 of this act;\n\n2. Identify a child for a transfer of custody in violation of\n\nsubsection C of Section 6 of this act; or\n\n3. Act as an intermediary in a transfer of custody in violation\n\nof subsection C of Section 6 of this act.\n\nB.
