A court on its own motion may order abduction prevention\n\nmeasures in a child custody proceeding if the court finds that the\n\nevidence establishes a credible risk of abduction of the child.\n\nB. A party to a child custody determination or another\n\nindividual or entity having a right under the laws of this state or\n\nany other state to seek a child custody determination for the child\n\nmay file a petition seeking abduction prevention measures to protect\n\nthe child under this act.\n\nC.
