A tribunal of this state shall apply Articles 1 through 6 of\n\nthis title and, as applicable, Article 7 of this title, to a support\n\nproceeding involving:\n\n1. A foreign support order;\n\n2. A foreign tribunal; or\n\n3. An obligee, obligor or child residing in a foreign country.\n\nB. A tribunal of this state that is requested to recognize and\n\nenforce a support order on the basis of comity may apply the\n\nprocedural and substantive provisions of Articles 1 through 6 of\n\nthis title.\n\nC. Article 7 of this title applies only to a support proceeding\n\nunder the Convention.
