Stat. tit. 43, § 43-601-210","heading":"Receipt of evidence from outside the state -","body":"Applicable law\n\nA tribunal of this state exercising personal jurisdiction over a\n\nnonresident in a proceeding under the Uniform Interstate Family\n\nSupport Act, under other law of this state relating to a support\n\norder or recognizing a foreign support order may receive evidence\n\nfrom outside this state pursuant to Section 601-316 of this title,\n\ncommunicate with a tribunal outside this state pursuant to Section\n\n601-317 of this title, and obtain discovery through a tribunal\n\noutside this state pursuant to Section 601-318 of this title.
