A tribunal of this state issuing a spousal support order\n\nconsistent with the law of this state has continuing, exclusive\n\njurisdiction to modify the spousal support order throughout the\n\nexistence of the support obligation.\n\nB. A tribunal of this state may not modify a spousal support\n\norder issued by a tribunal of another state or a foreign country\n\nhaving continuing, exclusive jurisdiction over that order under the\n\nlaw of that state or a foreign country.\n\nC. A tribunal of this state that has continuing, exclusive\n\njurisdiction over a spousal support order may serve as:\n\n1. An initiating tribunal to request a tribunal of another\n\nstate to enforce the spousal support order issued in this state; or\n\n2.
