When a responding tribunal of this state receives a petition\n\nor comparable pleading from an initiating tribunal or directly\n\npursuant to subsection B of Section 601-301 of this title, it shall\n\ncause the petition or pleading to be filed and notify the petitioner\n\nwhere and when it was filed.\n\nB. A responding tribunal of this state, to the extent not\n\nprohibited by other law, may do one or more of the following:\n\n1. Establish or enforce a support order, modify a child\n\nsupport order, determine the controlling child support order or\n\ndetermine parentage of a child;\n\n2. Order an obligor to comply with a support order, specifying\n\nthe amount and the manner of compliance;\n\n3. Order income withholding;\n\n4. Determine the amount of any arrearages, and specify a method\n\nof payment;\n\n5. Enforce orders by civil or criminal contempt, or both;\n\n6. Set aside property for satisfaction of the support order;\n\n7. Place liens and order execution on the obligor's property;\n\n8. Order an obligor to keep the tribunal informed of the\n\nobligor's current residential address, electronic mail address,\n\ntelephone number, employer, address of employment, and telephone\n\nnumber at the place of employment;\n\n9. Issue a bench warrant for an obligor who has failed after\n\nproper notice to appear at a hearing ordered by the tribunal and\n\nenter the bench warrant in any local and state computer systems for\n\ncriminal warrants;\n\n10. Order the obligor to seek appropriate employment by\n\nspecified methods;\n\n11. Award reasonable attorney's fees and other fees and costs;\n\nand\n\n12. Grant any other available remedy.\n\nC. A responding tribunal of this state shall include in a\n\nsupport order issued pursuant to the Uniform Interstate Family\n\nSupport Act, or in the documents accompanying the order, the\n\ncalculations on which the support order is based.\n\nD. A responding tribunal of this state may not condition the\n\npayment of a support order issued under this act upon compliance by\n\na party with provisions for visitation.\n\nE. If a responding tribunal of this state issues an order under\n\nthis act, the tribunal shall send a copy of the order to the\n\npetitioner and the respondent and to the initiating tribunal, if\n\nany.\n\nF.
