The Child Support Enforcement Division of the Department of\n\nHuman Services is the state information agency under this act.\n\nB. The state information agency shall:\n\n1. Compile and maintain a current list, including addresses, of\n\nthe tribunals in this state which have jurisdiction under this act\n\nand any support enforcement agencies in this state and transmit a\n\ncopy to the state information agency of every other state;\n\n2. Maintain a register of names and addresses of tribunals and\n\nsupport enforcement agencies received from other states;\n\n3. Forward to the appropriate tribunal in the county in this\n\nstate in which the obligee who is an individual or the obligor\n\nresides, or in which the obligor's property is believed to be\n\nlocated, all documents concerning a proceeding under this act\n\nreceived from another state or a foreign country; and\n\n4. Obtain information concerning the location of the obligor\n\nand the obligor's property within this state not exempt from\n\nexecution, by such means as postal verification and federal or state\n\nlocator services, examination of telephone directories, requests for\n\nthe obligor's address from employers, and examination of\n\ngovernmental records, including, to the extent not prohibited by\n\nother law, those relating to real property, vital statistics, law\n\nenforcement, taxation, motor vehicles, driver's licenses, and social\n\nsecurity.","path":["OK Code","Title 43"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os43.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"9d62748daccbab2fb9d511beb63217dce5126b2064191e9d4a0079790bdf6fdc","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-43-43-601-309","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-43-43-601-311"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
