An obligor may contest the validity or enforcement of an\n\nincome-withholding order issued in another state and received\n\ndirectly by an employer in this state by registering the order in a\n\ntribunal of this state and filing a contest to that order as\n\nprovided in Article 6 of this title, or otherwise contesting the\n\norder in the same manner as if the order had been issued by a\n\ntribunal of this state.\n\nB. The obligor shall give notice of the contest to:\n\n1. A support enforcement agency providing services to the\n\nobligee;\n\n2. Each employer that has directly received an income-\n\nwithholding order relating to the obligor; and\n\n3.
